Privacy note
Short and plain: what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
Last updated October 13, 2026.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and project details you type in. If you call, text or email us, we receive what you send.
What we do with it
We use it only to reply to you about your project and to give you an estimate. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with marketers.
How the form works
The estimate form sends your message through a small form service we run on Amazon Web Services, which emails it to Oscar through the mail server we run for the business. We do not pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your request as long as we need it to follow up on your project and keep basic job records, and we delete it sooner if you ask.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Questions or removal
To ask what we have or to have it deleted, email oscar@oscarcruzconstruction.com or call or text (678) 207-9762.
